    • 🌿 Ginger 1 slice (finely chopped)
    • Cornstarch 1 teaspoon (dissolved in water)

STEPS

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and blanch lightly in boiling water.

Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the ground pork.

Add garlic, ginger, and chili bean paste, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Return the tofu to the pan and add soy sauce, mixing everything together.

Finally, add dissolved cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
