INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 eggplant (80g)
- đź§… 1/3 stalk green onion (55g)
- 1 bag shirataki noodles (100g)
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1 tsp water
Finishing Touch
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté grated garlic, ginger, and doubanjiang until fragrant.
Add ground pork and cook until browned.
Add diced eggplant and green onion, stir-fry until softened.
Add shirataki noodles and stir to combine.
Pour in water, sake, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix potato starch and water to create a slurry. Add to the pan and stir until thickened.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and serve hot.
