- 20 pieces frozen dumplings

- 1 piece green onion

- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine
- đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Prepare 20 frozen dumplings and defrost them.
Chop onion, red chili, green chili, green onion, and garlic into coarse pieces.
Heat a pan over low heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, and pan-fry the dumplings until golden brown.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and green onion briefly, then add soy sauce and rice wine.
Add chopped onion and stir-fry quickly, then mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar) and pour into the pan.
Simmer the sauce until slightly thickened, adjusting sweetness as needed.
Add the fried dumplings, red chili, and green chili to the sauce and stir quickly over medium heat.
Cook until the sauce is fully absorbed and serve on a plate.
