INGREDIENTS

- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut block bacon into 1cm slices, then further cut into 1cm cubes. Slice boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant, then add bacon, octopus, and maitake mushrooms. Simmer on medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
