  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 50g maitake mushrooms
    • 2 tsp dried wakame
  • Noodles

    • 20g vermicelli noodles
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 💧 400ml water
  • Garnish

    • Pinch of white sesame seeds

Tear maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut vermicelli noodles into shorter lengths using kitchen scissors.

Add all ☆ ingredients into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add maitake mushrooms, vermicelli noodles, and wakame, stirring to combine. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked and noodles are soft. Drizzle sesame oil.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
