    • 1 piece mentaiko
  • Condiment

    • 1 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
    • 1 tbsp sake

Cut open the mentaiko and remove the contents. Trim the root of the maitake mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.

Place maitake mushrooms and sake in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess liquid.

Once cooled, mix the maitake mushrooms with mentaiko and mentsuyu.
