    • 🐟 150g tuna (red meat)
  • Vegetables

    • 🌱 3 okra (36g)
    • 🧅 3cm green onion
    • 2 slices ginger
    • 1 myoga
    • 2 shiso leaves
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

STEPS

Sprinkle salt on okra and rub it on a cutting board. Boil water, add okra, and blanch briefly. Drain and chop roughly. Mince green onion and ginger. Chop myoga roughly.

Finely chop tuna with a knife. Combine with prepared ingredients and seasonings, mixing until sticky.

Place shiso leaves on a plate and serve the mixture on top.
