INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 45g soy sauce-flavored canned mackerel
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Sweetener
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
Oil
- As needed salad oil
STEPS
Drain the canned mackerel and flake it.
Crack eggs into a bowl, mix, and add sugar and salt. Stir well.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil and remove excess oil using a paper towel.
Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan, place mackerel on the edge, and roll from the edge. Repeat with remaining egg mixture in portions.
Cut into 6 equal pieces and serve.
