INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 1/4 cabbage (250g)
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp consomme
- đź’§ 200 ml water
STEPS
Separate the mackerel can into fish and juice.
Cut the cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent.
Add the seasonings, mackerel juice, and cabbage. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes until the cabbage softens.
Add the mackerel fish and cook over medium heat until warmed through.
