INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 1 green pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
For Marination
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour as needed
STEPS
Cut the green pepper into chunks. Halve the potatoes and slice them thinly into half-moon shapes. Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with sake, salt, and pepper, and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Pat dry and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add the potatoes and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the mackerel and continue to stir-fry.
Once the mackerel is cooked, add the green pepper, curry powder, mirin, and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
