    • 150g macaroni salad
  • Seafood

    • 30g mentaiko (1 piece)
  • Vegetable

  • Cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Separate broccoli into small florets. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes. Drain excess water.

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents using a knife.

In a bowl, mix macaroni salad, mentaiko, and broccoli until well combined.

Line muffin tins with dumpling wrappers. Fill each wrapper with 1/10 of the salad mixture and top with 1/10 of the shredded pizza cheese. Repeat for all 10 portions.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5–10 minutes until the dumpling wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melted.
