INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices bread
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
STEPS
Boil eggs for 12-15 minutes until hard-boiled.
Shred cabbage and soak in cold water to retain crispness. Drain well.
Spread whole-grain mustard on one side of each bread slice (optional).
Chop boiled eggs finely and mix with mayonnaise.
Combine egg mixture with cabbage, adding more mayonnaise if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
Place cabbage and egg mixture on a slice of bread.
Top with another slice of bread and cut into halves or quarters.
Serve with a drink of choice.
