- 100g thinly sliced pork loin

- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce (250g)
Plum Miso Sauce
- 1 plum, pitted and mashed
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp miso
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the lettuce into wedges. Pit the plum and mash it into a paste.
Mix the plum miso sauce ingredients in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Arrange pork and lettuce in a frying pan, add 50cc of water, and steam with a lid for about 2 minutes.
Plate the pork and lettuce, then drizzle with the plum miso sauce.
