INGREDIENTS

- 2 slices ham
Vegetables
- 1/2 head lettuce (200g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain well. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the ham in half and slice into 1cm-wide strips.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (salt, sesame oil, chicken stock powder, grated ginger, and sesame seeds). Add the lettuce, ham, and wakame, then toss to combine.
