  • Wrapper

    • 4 dumpling wrappers
  • Vegetables

    • 2 lettuce leaves (60g)
    • 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
    • 💧 400ml water

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut tomato into wedges.

Cut dumpling wrappers into quarters.

Add all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add tomato and dumpling wrappers, then simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until wrappers are cooked.

Add lettuce and cook until wilted. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
