    • 5g dried seaweed mix
  • Condiments

    • 1 plum (pickled)
    • 1g shredded nori
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in plenty of water, then drain. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the pit from the plum and mash it with a knife.

In a bowl, mix the mashed plum with the condiments (sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil). Add the lettuce and seaweed mix, then toss lightly.

Serve on a plate and top with shredded nori.
