INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍖 4 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce (200g)
- đź§… 1/4 stalk green onion (40g)
Condiments
- 10g salted kelp
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce

STEPS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the green onion. Cut the ham in half lengthwise and slice into thin strips.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix them. Add the cooked rice and salted kelp, then mix well.
Heat salad oil and green onion in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the rice mixture and stir-fry briefly. Add the ham and stir-fry over medium heat until the rice becomes fluffy and separated.
Add soy sauce and salt, mix well, then add the lettuce and stir-fry briefly to combine.
