    • 150g pork loin slices
    • 🥒 1 zucchini (170g)
    • 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 2 tbsp sake
  • Sauce

    • 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the zucchini into 7mm thick slices and dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.

Cut the pork into thirds and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the diced tomato with ponzu sauce and sesame oil in a bowl to prepare the tomato sauce.

Layer pork slices, zucchini, and folded dumpling skins alternately on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle sake over the layers and cover with plastic wrap.
