INGREDIENTS

- 🍠 200g sweet potato
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
STEPS
Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and cut it into 1cm cubes with the skin on. Soak in water and pat dry.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with vegetable oil and butter. Once the butter melts, add the sweet potato and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Add the seasonings (honey, soy sauce, and salt) and toss to coat. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and mix well.
