INGREDIENTS

- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced thinly
- đź§… 1 stalk white part of green onion, sliced

- 🍜 100g noodles
- đź’§ 1L water

- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the zucchini thinly and cut the white part of the green onion into slices.
Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the zucchini with 1 tsp salt.
Add the green onion, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of sesame seeds to the pan. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Boil 1L of water in a pot and cook 100g of noodles until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Place the noodles in a serving bowl and top generously with the stir-fried zucchini mixture.
