INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini

- 1/2 stalk green onion

- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.2 tbsp black pepper
Liquid
- 8 cups broth
STEPS
Prepare 8 cups of broth and bring it to a boil.
Beat 3 eggs until smooth.
Chop zucchini, onion, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Add chopped zucchini and onion to the boiling broth.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to the soup.
Season with 2 tbsp fish sauce and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce.
Add 1/2 tbsp salt to balance the flavors.
