INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground pork
- 30g chopped garlic chives
- 80g chopped kimchi
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 20g chopped garlic chives
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Combine milk and breadcrumbs in a bowl to moisten. Chop garlic chives and kimchi.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the meat mixture ingredients to the breadcrumb bowl and mix until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add patties and cook until browned on one side. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the hamburgers and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
