INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 White rice, 2 cups
- đź’§ Water, 2.5 cups
Beef
- 🥩 Ground beef, 250g
- đź§„ Garlic, 1 clove (minced)
- 🥢 Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
- 🍬 Sugar, 1 teaspoon
- 🌰 Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon
Vegetables
- 🌿 Spinach, 100g
- 🥕 Carrot, 1 (julienned)
- Bean sprouts, 100g
Toppings
- 🥚 Egg yolks, 4
- White sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons
- Gochujang (hot sauce), to taste
STEPS
Wash the white rice and cook it in a rice cooker.
Stir-fry the ground beef over medium heat in a skillet, and add garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Briefly blanch the bean sprouts, then cool them in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Lightly boil the spinach, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl and arrange the stir-fried beef and assorted vegetables on top.
Place egg yolks in the center, sprinkle white sesame seeds, and add gochujang to taste to finish.
