    • 200g rice cakes
    • 2 sheets fish cakes
    • đź§… 1/2 onion, optional
    • A small amount of green onion
  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp dashida seasoning
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • đź’§ 600ml water

Soak the rice cakes in cold water and separate them individually.

Cut the vegetables and fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all sauce ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

Once the broth is boiling, add the onion and rice cakes. Cook until the rice cakes become soft.

Add the fish cakes and cook for another 3 minutes until they soften.

Finally, add the green onion and stir gently to combine. Serve hot.
