INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
Seaweed
- 8 sheets Korean seaweed
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp sake
- To taste roasted sesame seeds
Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder

STEPS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the tendon from chicken tenders, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and sake, then microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients and toss the lettuce with the dressing.
Tear the Korean seaweed into small pieces and add to the salad. Lightly mix and serve.
