  • Sauce

    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1/2 cup water

Cut rice cakes into appropriate sizes, make a slit in the middle, and blanch them briefly in boiling water. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix ground pork with green onion, garlic, green chili, cooking wine, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil. Knead thoroughly.

Stuff the seasoned pork mixture into the slits of the rice cakes, pressing firmly.

Combine sauce ingredients in a pot, add the stuffed rice cakes, cover, and bring to a boil.

Reduce to low heat, uncover, and baste the pork with the sauce while simmering. Sprinkle peanut powder before serving.
