    • 630g radish, thinly sliced
    • 250ml dashi stock
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp roasted salt

Thinly slice the radish and julienne it. Place in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of roasted salt to the radish and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Drain the liquid released from the radish and transfer the radish to a pan.

Add fish sauce and a suitable amount of sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry lightly.

Pour in the dashi stock.

Simmer until the radish becomes tender and the liquid reduces slightly.

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir gently to combine.
