INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredient
- 🐟 1 fresh mackerel
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧅 1/3 stalk chopped green onion
- 1/2 green chili pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Clean the fresh mackerel by removing the innards and washing it thoroughly. Sprinkle salt evenly on both sides of the fish.
Heat a pan with a little oil and pan-fry the mackerel on both sides until golden brown.
While the mackerel is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing all the seasoning ingredients except salt.
Once the mackerel is golden and cooked, transfer it to a plate and drizzle the prepared sauce evenly over the fish.
