INGREDIENTS

- 200g of fresh chives, chopped
- 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Wash and chop the chives into 2-inch pieces. Julienne the carrot.
