    • 2 tbsp corn syrup

    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt over the potatoes for seasoning.

Rinse the potatoes with water to remove excess starch.

Slice the carrot into fan shapes.

Cut the onion into large chunks.

Mix water, minced garlic, soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, and cooking wine to create the sauce.

Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the potatoes and carrots for 6 minutes.
