INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 400g beef chuck steak
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes, peeled

- 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
Bread
- 🍞 100g bread rusk
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of herb powder
STEPS
Cut the beef chuck steak into bite-sized pieces and marinate with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Blanch the cherry tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and cut them into similar-sized pieces as the beef.
Slice the cucumber diagonally and dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
