INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 piece (200g) konjac
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut a lattice pattern on both sides of the konjac, slice into bite-sized pieces, boil briefly in hot water, and drain.
Place the konjac, seasoning ingredients, and konjac in a bag, massage well, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Coat the konjac with flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry in 180°C oil until golden brown.
