    • 125g boiled pork tripe
  • Vegetables

    • 125g konjac, pre-treated
    • 150g daikon, sliced
    • 🥕 35g carrot, sliced
    • đź§… 40g green onion, thinly sliced
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc water
    • 50cc sake
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp miso
    • 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder

STEPS

Thinly slice the green onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Cut konjac into 2cm cubes. Slice daikon and carrot into quarter-circle pieces.

Place pork tripe, konjac, daikon, carrot, and all seasonings into the rice cooker. Mix well and start the regular cooking cycle.

Once cooked, stir the mixture. Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced green onion.
