  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • Flour, as needed

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍯 1 tsp honey
    • 1 tsp gochujang

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.

Place the konjac in a microwave-safe container, cover with water, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Drain the water.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until its color changes. Then add the konjac and stir-fry. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, honey, gochujang) and stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with chili threads.
