INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1/2 block konjac
- 🥬 1 bok choy
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Cut konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Slice bok choy into quarters lengthwise and thirds horizontally.
Cut chicken thigh into 3cm cubes. Rub with grated ginger and a pinch of salt.
Boil konjac in a pot of water for 3 minutes to remove its odor.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add konjac, bok choy stems, and seasoning ingredients. Stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add the remaining bok choy leaves and stir briefly. Serve immediately.
