INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 600g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- đź§„ 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp red pepper paste
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
STEPS
Mix red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and cooking wine to create the sauce.
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and set aside.
Slice the onion, king oyster mushroom, green onion, and green chili. Prepare all vegetables.
Prepare the pork belly slices and set aside.
Place bean sprouts in a frying pan.
Layer the king oyster mushroom and onion on top of the bean sprouts.
Add the pork belly slices, sauce, green chili, and green onion on top.
Stir-fry everything until fully cooked and well mixed.
