    • 1/2 bag Kong Xin Cai
  • Meat

    • 70g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Oils

    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 200cc water
  • Thickening Agent

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 2 tbsp water

Cut Kong Xin Cai into 3cm pieces and slice pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add grated garlic and pork belly, and cook until the pork changes color. Add Kong Xin Cai and stir-fry briefly.

Add the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, then drizzle sesame oil. Serve over rice.
