- 1 bag (300g) komatsuna
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- To taste black pepper
STEPS
Drain the oil from the canned tuna lightly.
Boil water in a pot, add komatsuna, blanch briefly, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the tuna and komatsuna, mix lightly, then add the seasonings (salted kombu, lemon juice, and pepper) and mix thoroughly.
