Cut komatsuna into 4cm pieces. Slice garlic thinly. Halve the scallops.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add komatsuna and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.

Add scallops and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, chicken stock powder). Stir quickly and serve.
