    • 1/2 bunch komatsuna
  • Seafood

    • 100g boiled octopus
  • Seasoning

    • To taste white sesame seeds
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Cut the komatsuna into 4cm pieces, place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain excess water.

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, sesame oil, garlic, ginger) in a bowl.

Add the komatsuna and octopus to the bowl with the seasoning and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
