INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag komatsuna
- 250g lotus root, sliced
Canned Goods
- 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Oils
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (double concentrated)
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the root off the komatsuna and slice into 3cm pieces, separating stems and leaves.
Slice the lotus root thinly after halving it lengthwise. Soak in water and drain. Drain the tuna can.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry komatsuna stems and lotus root until the lotus root becomes translucent.
Add komatsuna leaves, tuna, and seasonings (mentsuyu, mustard, sesame seeds). Stir-fry briefly to combine.
