    • Fried tofu 1/2 sheet
    • Miso 1 tablespoon
    • Dashi stock 300ml

Wash the komatsuna and cut it into pieces about 3cm long.

Pour boiling water over the fried tofu to remove excess oil, then cut into thin strips.

Put the dashi stock in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the komatsuna stems and fried tofu and cook for 1 minute.

Next, add the komatsuna leaves and cook for another minute.
