- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Cut komatsuna into 4cm pieces. Slice chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces. Remove the roe from the mentaiko.
Place komatsuna and sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix mentaiko and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add komatsuna and chikuwa, then mix well.
