    • 100g komatsuna (1/2 bag)
    • 100g bean sprouts (1/2 bag)
  • Seasonings

    • 1 ume plum, pitted and minced
    • 1 tbsp ground white sesame
    • 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce

Trim the root ends of the komatsuna and cut into 3cm pieces. Pit the ume plum and mince finely.

Place the komatsuna and bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain and let cool slightly.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (ume plum, ground sesame, and ponzu sauce). Add the cooked vegetables and toss to combine.
