INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag komatsuna
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) tuna
Condiments
- 15g salt kombu
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1.5 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the root of the komatsuna and chop into 3cm pieces. Drain the oil from the tuna can.
Place the komatsuna stems and bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Add the komatsuna leaves to the container and microwave for an additional 1.5 minutes. Let cool and drain excess water.
In a bowl, combine the microwaved vegetables, tuna, salt kombu, and all condiments. Mix well.
