STEPS

Dice green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion into 0.8 cm squares. Marinate chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and cooking wine.

Mix egg and cornstarch to create a batter. Coat the chicken thoroughly.

Fry the chicken at 170°C until cooked through. Fry a second time until golden brown.

Heat chili oil in a pan and sauté minced green onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
