    • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 2 red chilies, chopped

  • Sauce Ingredients

    • đź’§ 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp vinegar
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS

Fry the dumplings at 180°C until golden and crispy.

Drain excess oil from the fried dumplings using paper towels.

Chop the green bell pepper and red chilies into coarse pieces.

Mix the sauce ingredients (except sesame oil): water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and black pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.

Add chopped peppers and chilies to the pan, then pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a boil.

Add the fried dumplings to the pan and toss well to coat them evenly with the sauce.

Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and serve immediately.
