INGREDIENTS

- 12 frozen dumplings
Sauce Ingredients
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chopped red chili
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Chop 1/2 stalk of green onion and 1/2 tbsp of red chili into small pieces.
Cook the frozen dumplings in an air fryer at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, or pan-fry them until crispy.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the chopped green onion and red chili to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Prepare the sauce by combining 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp oligo syrup, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cooking wine, and a pinch of black pepper in the pan. Bring to a boil.
Add the fried dumplings to the pan and toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
Serve the Kkanpung Mandu hot and enjoy!
