    • 2 servings cooked kishimen noodles
  • Meat

    • 5 slices bacon
  • Vegetables

    • Pinch of black pepper
  • Sauce

    • 🥚 2 eggs
    • 4 tbsp heavy cream
    • 4 tbsp grated cheese

Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.

Mince the garlic finely.

Mix the sauce ingredients (eggs, cream, cheese, salt) in a bowl.

Place kishimen noodles and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave as per package instructions. Drain excess water.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and cook over medium heat until browned.

Add the cooked kishimen noodles to the pan and mix well. Turn off the heat, add the sauce mixture, and stir using residual heat. Sprinkle black pepper to finish.
