INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 20g kiriboshi daikon
- 🥒 1 cucumber
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut off both ends of the cucumber and julienne it. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, massage, rinse with water, and drain.
Boil water in a pot, add kiriboshi daikon, and cook over medium heat for 4–5 minutes. Drain, let it cool slightly, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the ☆ seasonings and white sesame seeds. Add the cucumber and kiriboshi daikon, and mix well.
